With stories all week about Madonna and Guy Ritchie splitting up, they have now stated that they have “no plans” to separate.

Madonna’s publicist Liz Rosenberg said: “Guy arrived in New York to be with his wife and family - not in a last-ditch attempt to save his marriage, which does not need saving.”

Film Director Guy, 39, flew to New York on Monday to be with Madonna, 49, and their children Rocco, seven, Lourdes, 11 and recently adopted David, two.

Although the singer’s spokesperson claims the couple are not holding emergency marriage talks, a ‘friend’ close to the pair is convinced they are on the verge of separating.

The source told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper: “Trust me, its over. Why else would they both consult divorce lawyers? Madonna hates being pushed into a corner and would hate other people having the satisfaction of saying ‘we told you so’. The announcement will be slipped out after her tour - as planned.”

When guy arrived in New York, he waited at Madonna’s apartment for her to return from rehearsals at 10.30pm on Monday. The couple then enjoyed a candlelit meal on her roof terrace. Guy and Madonna have not been seen in public together since May and in the last week both have been spotted without their wedding rings – fuelling the rumours.

Rosenberg also strongly denies Madonna is romantically involved with married baseball player Alex Rodriguez. Rumours were flying after the he was seen visiting the madge’s apartment alone, and leaving late at night.

Rosenberg said: “Madonna and Alex have the same manager, Guy Oseary. They have met. They know each other and Madonna took her kids to a New York Yankees game last week. There’s really not anything to comment beyond that.”

It emerged yesterday that Rodriguez’s marriage is also in doubt with his wife reportedly fleeing the US. He was spotted leaving his apartment without his wedding ring last night.

Amy Winehouse’s troubles continue today, with the news that her husband Blake Fielder-Civil (stupid name btw) has been sending filthy letters to a fellow inmate.

My initial thoughts that he was chatting up a bloke in prison were dashed when it emerged that he has been letting off some steam with Melissa Goldstone – another classy bird – who is currently serving a two-and-a-half-year sentence for conspiracy to supply class-A drugs.

In one letter published by – you guessed it – The Sun newspaper, he wrote: “I’ll bend you all over the place, with my hand round your throat.” Before going on about how he would like to do naughty things to her in a toilet.

He continued, “I squeeze your throat whilst your s****ing me and I ask you if you are a dirty b***h.” Crumbs!

Mr Luva Luva sent her a dozen of the smut filled letters, claiming that he’d dumped drug addict Amy, because she had cheated on him twice with her manager’s aide Alex Haynes and US photographer Blake Wood.

The letter read: “Me and Amy are always gonna be close but we’ve decided we’re better as friends. The fact is we’re in an open relationship (well I didn’t know we were til recently!!!) but I don’t want that. I just want a loyal sweet, staunch, sl***y girlfriend.”

Meanwhile, Amy has walked – our possibly stumbled - out of hospital.

The punchy singer stormed out of The London Clinic - where she was having treatment for scarring of the lungs - just days after being released to perform at Nelson Mandela’s birthday concert on Friday where – quite rightly IMO – she punched a fan for groping her and the Glastonbury festival on Saturday.

One of her friends said: “We feared a taste of the outside would remind her what she’s missing and it would be hard to get her back into life at the clinic. That’s exactly what’s happened.”

The ‘Rehab’ singer told dad Mitch she was ‘climbing the walls’ and if he didn’t get her out she would walk. A spokesman for Amy confirmed she had left the clinic and would be treated as an outpatient.

Meanwhile: The world waits with baited breath to see how hard she punches Blake - god knows, he deserves it.

Another day, another LiLo story, as today it was revealed that the actress – who’s been having a bit of a tough time recently – has got a half sister.

The star of ‘Mean Girls’, Lohan’s father Michael had another daughter while he was still married over 13 years ago, but at that time he was estranged from Lindsay’s mother Dina.

Speaking about the relationship to OK magazine he said, “Years later the woman contacted me, convincing me that I was the only person she was with and that she had my child.”

Michael – who married Dina in 1985 before they divorced in 2007 – has written letters to the girl’s mother saying his illegitimate daughter “is beginning to look a lot like Linds, with a mix of Cody, believe it or not.”

He also sent a photo of himself to the girl, which he signed ‘Love Daddy’.

The girl’s mother (desperate for a quick buck it would seem) claims that while Michael called his daughter on her 13th birthday in June and has spoken with her over the phone; he has never visited her or provided financial support.

She said: “It’s time for Michael to take responsibility.”

Jack Black reckons he’s off the hook with Angelina Jolie. He was reportedly in the bad books with the heavily pregnant Jolie for revealing to the world media that she was having twins…oops.

The Actor/singer/madman was speaking at the premier of new animated movie ‘Kung Fu Panda’ in Leicester Square, London last night. Jack said he was pretty sure that the ‘Wanted’ star hadn’t held a grudge since he let the news slip at the Cannes Film Festival.

He told an interviewer: “I think she has forgiven me. I haven’t spoken to her since the event. But I never spoke to her before the event either so it’s pretty much the same as it always was. I think she’s neutral on the subject of me.”

The star had a typically funny entrance with Jack being carried along a red carpet, busting some Kung-Fu moves all over the place and posing with a life-size version of his character in the movie, Po.

He said: “They carried me in through this back alley in Chinatown in a little ramshackle hut. Luckily they had four really strong guys. I was worried that somebody was going to get a hernia.

“And I came bursting out of it like a jack-in-a-box and did some kung fu.”

‘Mini-me’ from the Austin Powers movies has reportedly filmed a sex tape and…wait for it…it’s been leaked to the internet. When will celebrities learn eh?

 
The tape – joining a long line of celeb naughtiness including; Colin Farrell, Paris Hilton, Tom Sizemore and Pamela Anderson – reportedly shows 39 year-old actor Verne Troyer and his unnamed ex-girlfriend engaging in “sexual activites” in their apartment.

The 2’ 8” star is best known for his role in the comedy movies, staring along side Mike Myers, and is one of the smallest stars in the world.

The footage was filmed by a third party and now celebrity porn broker Kevin Blatt – who released the ‘classic’ that is “One Night in Paris” – is allegedly set to pay around $100,000 for the footage.

The 39-year-old actor - who stars alongside Mike Myers again in huge box office flop ‘The Love Guru’ - recently revealed he has no problems with people ridiculing his size in movies.

He said: “The way I look at it is - it’s a movie. You’ve got to be able to have fun with it and laugh at it. If it were outside the movie, yeah, some of that stuff would be insulting. Get over it. I’m sorry - it doesn’t offend me. Why should it offend you?”

So we talked about her yesterday, and here we are again. This time Madonna is in the news because she has reportedly enlisted the abilities of Fiona Shackleton – the lawyer who represented Paul McCartney through his bitter divorce battle with crazed harpy Heather Mills – for her own divorce from husband Guy Ritchie.

A source close to the singer said Fiona is the natural choice for Madge: “Madonna always seeks out the best in whatever field she is interested in at any given time. Fiona Shackleton is the best.”

Madonna – who quite remarkably doesn’t have a pre-nup with Guy – has been hoping to resolve their differences but when she knew that marriages day was done, she sought legal advice.

One friend of the lawyer - who also represented Prince Charles in his divorce from Princess Diana - said: “Madonna was impressed by Fiona’s work for Sir Paul and the way she handles herself in the public eye. She is a consummate professional.”

Earlier this month Madonna had to deny rumours she was consulting Nicholas Mostyn QC – the lawyer who represented heather Mills.

Madonna, 49, and Guy, 39, have a seven-year-old son Rocco and an adopted son David, two. Madonna also has a daughter, 11-year-old Lourdes, from a previous relationship.

Ageing pop-star Madonna is apparently splitting with her husband Guy Ritchie at the end of her forthcoming world tour.

The singer and the film director have reportedly decided to end their seven-year marriage but won’t announce it until her ‘Sticky and Sweet’ tour finishes in Mexico on November 29th.

A source close to the couple told a British newspaper: “Although the marriage is coming to an end, they don’t want to say anything until the tour is over.

“They live like brother and sister rather than husband and wife and thought it best to call it a day. There’s been speculation about them having furious rows, but they have just grown apart. They’ve decided they’re better off as friends. It’s sad, but they’re determined to keep it amicable.”

Madge is planning to divide her time between her properties in London, New York and Los Angeles when the split happens.

Her New York apartment is getting renovated to accommodate her children and staff.

Madonna is also said to be “devastated” her brother Christopher is writing a book detailing the singer’s sex and drug-fuelled past, something which he blames the breakdown of her marriage on.

An insider said: “Madonna is very saddened by Christopher’s behaviour. As far as she’s concerned her brother going public is the ultimate betrayal. He can’t need the money that badly.”

Stick-thin supermodel Kate Moss is apparently “beside herself” following Rhys Ifan’s split from Sienna Miller.

The supermodel – who’s never really been bestest buddies with ‘The Edge of Love’ actress Sienna – has been hanging about Rhys since the break-up in an effort to cheer him up.

A source revealed: “Kate seemed beside herself. Rhys spent a few nights with her just after the break-up but he seemed to be in denial. He kept saying he could fix it.

“Kate said she knew exactly what he was going through because she it was similar to when she split from Pete Doherty last year. Kate made a real effort with Sienna for Rhys’ sake and she is upset to see him so devastated.”

In the meantime, Sienna is getting sympathy from her ex-boyfriend Jude Law.

An insider said: “Jude called Sienna and said she shouldn’t worry about what everyone was saying. He told her to focus on how well things were going in Los Angeles, adding that only she and Rhys really knew what happened.”

Jamie Spears – the sister of head shaving nut-bar Britney – has become a mother for the first time at the age of 17.

7lb 11oz Maddie Briann came in to the world yesterday morning at the Mississippi Regional Medical centre.

Mother and baby are reportedly doing well after Jamie’s natural delivery, which was witnessed by her mother Lynne and her fiancée Casey Aldridge – Britney sat patiently outside.

One source claimed: “Just the family was there. Everyone is healthy and happy. Maddie is gorgeous.”

Casey, 19, was said to be terrified of holding his baby for the first time in-case he dropped her, but probably not as terrified as the baby who has been born in to one hell of a crazy family.

Jamie’s friend’s say the actress will make a fantastic mother. One friend said: “We’re so excited for her. She’ll be a great mom. She’ll be awesome. She was so excited about having this child. She was looking forward to it so much.”

Britney flew to Kenwood, Louisiana, from her home in Hollywood home to be with her sister.

Jamie announced she was pregnant last December admitting that it was a shock but she was looking forward to being a mother.

Amy Winehouse – the drug addled, beehive sporting singer – is to be kept in hospital for a few weeks in another attempt to tear the junkie away from the drug habit that has had more attention this year than the moon landing did in 1969.

I’m fed up calling her the ‘troubled’ singer – because in the dictionary her picture will be next to the word, due to every magazine in the world calling her that – so I’ll just say the singer’s family want to do “whatever it takes” to get Amy clean.

Winehouse has been at hospital since collapsing in her home on Monday and worried relatives are hoping this will be enough to shock the singer in to quitting drugs.

A source told The Sun newspaper: “She will be in there for a while if her family get their way.

“There is a feeling they can have a good attempt at sorting her out this time.”

Mitch Winehouse has been keeping a vigil at his daughter’s bedside - said yesterday: “Amy is doing fine. She is staying in as long as possible.”

Her spokesperson said: “She will stay for as long as they can find out what’s wrong with her. I don’t know what’s wrong with her and the doctors don’t seem to. There are various possibilities. It’s probably something to do with her ongoing treatment.

“She is staying there for the time being. They are still not quite sure what happened and the tests were inconclusive.”

The singer collapsed after a massive drugs overdose last summer and her health problems - including an irregular heartbeat - are believed to have stemmed from that.
